These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the batjale platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, payment services, and promotional offers. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the batjale website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). batjale is operated as a safe and reliable online gaming and sports betting platform designed for the Bangladeshi market. Eligibility & Age Restriction
The batjale Platform is strictly intended for use by adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access any game, or place any bet. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. batjale operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to use the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities.
- You are acting as a private individual and not as a professional bettor acting on behalf of a third party or commercial enterprise.

batjale reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identification card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. If a player fails to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested, their account will be suspended pending verification and any winnings accrued during the period of non-compliance may be voided.
Account Registration
To access the full range of services on batjale, you are required to open a registered account. Registration is free of charge. You may only hold one account per person — duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any pending or existing balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a working Bangladeshi mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading registration information is a serious breach of these Terms.
Upon registration, you will be required to create a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. batjale will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at support@batjale and change your password without delay.
Account verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) may be required before you can process withdrawals or access certain features. Verification documents may include:
- Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document dated within the last three months.
- Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used to make deposits.
batjale reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals while KYC documentation is under review. Standard review time is 24–72 hours from document submission. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have their balances reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable regulations.
Deposits & Withdrawals
batjale supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳20. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
Deposits are typically credited to your batjale account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider. In rare cases of network delays, deposits may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit has not appeared in your account after 30 minutes, contact support@batjale with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during standard operating hours. Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) may take 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer. batjale does not charge fees on local mobile wallet withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by batjale's payments team. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. batjale reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual, including but not limited to first-time withdrawals, large-sum withdrawals, and withdrawals following a change of registered payment details.
batjale is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network outages, or bank processing times. In the event that a payment provider experiences downtime, the Platform may temporarily suspend that payment method and will notify affected players as soon as practically possible.

All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer at the time of its availability.
The following general bonus terms apply to all batjale promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted into withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly on each promotion page before you opt in. The default wagering requirement for casino bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless specified otherwise.
- Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be met. Unexpired, unmet bonus balances will be removed from the account upon expiry without any cash equivalent being awarded.
- Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's full terms.
- Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet or spin allowed is ৳500 (or the equivalent in the relevant game currency). Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a bonus is active will forfeit the current bonus balance.
Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. batjale reserves the right to void any bonus or associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is exploiting promotional offers, using multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or engaging in any form of bonus abuse. Decisions on bonus voiding are made at batjale's sole discretion and may not be appealed except via the formal complaints procedure described in Section 8.
Game Rules & Betting
batjale provides a variety of gaming products, each governed by its own specific set of rules. These include slot games, live dealer casino tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, game shows), sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other international sports), and instant games (Ludo Quick, Hi-Lo). - In-play (live) bets may be suspended or rejected during periods of high market volatility, goal or wicket events, or technical disruption. batjale is not liable for any loss of opportunity arising from the suspension of live markets.
- Match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation rules are determined per sport. For cricket, a match must complete a minimum number of overs (as specified in the relevant market rules) for bets to stand. Where fewer overs are bowled, bets are typically voided and stakes returned.
- Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market type. These limits are displayed on each market and may be adjusted by batjale at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- batjale reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of an obvious pricing error. Obvious errors include prices that are materially out of line with the expected market price and could not reasonably have been offered intentionally.
Disputes relating to bet settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the event result being published on the Platform. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. To raise a settlement dispute, contact support@batjale with your bet reference number and a clear explanation of your concern.
Prohibited Conduct
batjale maintains the integrity of its Platform for the benefit of all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances without notice:
- Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address is prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and duplicate balances forfeited.
- Fraudulent Payment Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an account. Any funds deposited via fraudulent means will be reversed and the account permanently closed.
- Collusion and Match Fixing: Coordinating bets with other players to exploit payout structures, or placing bets on sporting events in which you have a conflict of interest or prior knowledge of the outcome.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through methods including but not limited to coordinated betting patterns, matched betting across prohibited markets, and the use of automated tools or bots to fulfil wagering requirements.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback with a payment provider after funds have been credited and used on the Platform. batjale reserves the right to pursue recovery of any funds subject to a fraudulent chargeback.
- Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with games, markets, or the Platform interface in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
- Impersonation: Accessing another player's account, impersonating a batjale employee, or misrepresenting your identity during any interaction with the Platform or support team.
- Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or pricing errors to generate profits. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
Account Suspension & Closure
batjale reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
- Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
- Receipt of a request from a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or payment provider to restrict the account.
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. Any funds in the account will be held during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any legitimately held funds released. If the investigation finds a breach of these Terms, funds may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@batjale. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification requirements.
Dormant Account Policy: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no bet placed). Prior to the account being closed, batjale will send a notification to the registered email address. A dormant account balance will be retained for the player and can be reclaimed by contacting support@batjale and completing re-verification.
Complaints Procedure: If you wish to raise a formal complaint regarding your account, a game outcome, a withdrawal, or any other matter, please contact support@batjale with full details of your complaint, your account username, and any supporting documentation. batjale commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.
